How long does shipping take?
We carefully prepare every order before it leaves our studio in Berlin.
Orders are usually dispatched within 2–7 business days. Once your order is on its way, you will receive a shipping confirmation including your tracking information.
How do I return an item?
If you would like to return an item, simply send us an email at support@lottaludwigson.com within 14 days of receiving your order.
Please include your order number and the item(s) you would like to return. We willl then send you all the information you need to complete your return.
Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Which size should I choose?
Choosing the right fit is important.
You will find a detailed size guide among the product images for each item. If you are unsure between two sizes, feel free to contact us at support@lottaludwigson.com with your height, your usual size, and the product you are interested in. We'll be happy to help you find the best fit.
How are your garments made?
Every LOTTA LUDWIGSON piece is created together with carefully selected production partners who share our values of craftsmanship, quality and responsible manufacturing.
All of our products are made in the European Union, with the exception of our T-shirts. They are made in India, where the cotton is grown and processed close to its source.
We believe that beautiful clothing starts with thoughtful choices and trusted partnerships.

What materials do you use?
We mainly work with natural fibres such as wool, silk, cotton and cashmere. To us, choosing the right material is just as important as creating the right design. Every fabric is selected with care, considering not only how it looks and feels today, but also how it will age and be worn over time.
You'll find detailed information about the composition, origin and care of each garment on its product page, allowing you to make an informed choice before purchasing.
Why are some styles only available in limited quantities?
As a small brand, forecasting demand is always a careful balancing act.
Rather than producing more than we need, we create our collections in carefully considered quantities. This allows us to focus on quality, craftsmanship and thoughtful production while avoiding unnecessary overproduction.
Some styles may be restocked, while others are only produced once. If you have fallen in love with a particular piece, we would be happy to let you know whether a restock is planned.
How should I care for my garment?
Every LOTTA LUDWIGSON garment comes with individual care instructions tailored to its materials and construction.
